1. No Returns or Exchanges

All items are made to order to ensure high quality and customization. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise, except in specific cases outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• Item Not Received: If your item has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

• Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, please reach out within 14 days of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you at no extra charge.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We do not currently cover minor discrepancies in product appearance due to the print-on-demand process. However, if your item arrives damaged in a way that makes it unwearable, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement at no cost.
