1. Order Fulfillment
Our merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party company. Orders are collected weekly to ensure efficient processing.
2. Weekly Shipping Schedule
• Orders placed by Sunday at midnight MST will be processed and shipped out the following week.
• Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the following week.
3. Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship domestically and internationally. Please note that delivery times may be extended for international orders due to customs processing, and any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (when available) so you can monitor its progress.

When will my order ship?
Each item is made to order and typically ships within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.
How long does shipping take?
We use economy shipping to keep costs low and service consistent. Most U.S. orders arrive 5–7 business days after fulfillment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $100 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $4.75, no matter how many items you order.
Will I be charged multiple shipping fees?
Nope. Even if your order includes items from different suppliers, our system automatically calculates the best rate and keeps your cost simple.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only fulfilling orders within the U.S., but international options are coming soon.
